Replacing Finger Pointing
with Brotherly Love
The world in need of a change, but we must stop blaming someone else for the decline in humanity and morality in today's society. Humanity relates to values, kindness, compassion and concern for the well being of others, and morality relates to standards of right and wrong. Unfortunately, in some way or other, most of us are guilty for the growing immorality and inhumanity in the world because we have lost sight of the foundations that promote unity and integrity in maintaining biblical principles. Most people spend too much time looking into someone else's life and finding fault in others as opposed to looking at the things they can do to contribute something positive to society.
The Ten Commandments provides us with instructions of how God wants us to live. Regardless of who we are, God challenges us all to be better people and to obey His will. Personally, I think we are all in need of a mirror. The sale of mirrors should be the number one item sold in the world because people need to start looking in their own mirrors and fixing themselves before looking and pointing the finger, blaming or judging others.
